GeneFlow is owned and operated by Shipscale Software Solutions Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered address at Kursi Cowork, 3rd Floor, LK Logistics and Corporate Park, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492015, India.

These terms govern access to the marketing website at geneflow.cloud and the GeneFlow analysis platform. By using either service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service and Accounts

GeneFlow provides software for organizing mitochondrial sequence data, running analysis workflows, reviewing results, and generating reports. You are responsible for your credentials, users invited to your projects, and activity performed through your account.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or use GeneFlow for unlawful purposes.

2. Research and Clinical Use

You are responsible for determining whether GeneFlow is appropriate for your workflow and for independently reviewing all analysis results. Unless expressly agreed in writing, GeneFlow is provided for research and workflow-support purposes and is not a medical device or a substitute for clinical validation, professional judgment, or regulatory review.

You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to upload and process all files and metadata submitted to the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

The GeneFlow service, website, and original content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and present that data as necessary to provide the service.

4. Third-Party Methods and Software

GeneFlow may integrate established bioinformatics tools and reference datasets. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses, attribution requirements, and scientific limitations. GeneFlow is independent from the maintainers of those projects unless stated otherwise.

5. Availability and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR RESEARCH OR CLINICAL DECISION.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal and research data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
